About the BC Incoming QSL BureauVE7UQ is the New Manager for the BC QSL BureauAfter 19 years of service, Dennis Livesey VE7DK has retired as BC Incoming
QSL manager. RAC BC/YT Director Ed Frazer VE7EF thanked Dennis for his many
years of QSL service to BC hams, and took on the task of finding a new Bureau
manager. Taking over on September 24, 2007 as the Incoming QSL Bureau manager for BC is Ken Clarke VE7UQ. Receiving his Amateur licence in 1983, Ken's main interests are contesting and DX, a DXCC member with 200 countries confirmed. He is a member of RAC, ARRL, BC DX Club, and the Surrey Amateur Radio Club. Ken plans a team approach to share the workload and help maintain the great level of service Dennis provided us, and will create a website to permit easy checking of user credits and cards waiting.
